Thats great about the weight you lost, I been dealing with the weight problem for years. I am going to try to stick with this candida diet which is basically the same as no carbs just good carbs. Get rid of the yeast in my body and get this weight off. ITs going to be hard, since I have acid reflux and soo many things I can eat. But your post was so encouraging, thanks for posting it.

I am sorry you are having a difficult time. I have depression every now and then with being completely disabled with CFIDS-Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome for the past twelve years. Illness is just very hard to live with at times. My husband died in 2003 so I am now faced with illness alone which has its challenges. I hope you get feeling better soon. Patricia

Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionHave depression, worse in winter (SAD) thought I would give this a try.

- Seem's to be working well, it's three fold for me, helps with migraines, depression and slows down hunger so it's helping with weight loss also. As they up dosage was having sexual side effects :(
Close Chronic Pain
After blowing out my knee twice and three knee surgeries I have two knees that need to be replaced, arthritis badly in my back, neck, knees, shoulder, and hands.

- Traditional PT doesn't really help much for the pain so I do massage and that seems to help
Open Fibromyalgia
Just diagnosed, I am scared, doctor is trying different treatments and I am all ready sick of it. I can't sleep at night and always tired.

- HORRID side effects! Told the doctor I have eating disorder and recently lost more than 150 pounds and did not think good idea since weight gain is side effect. He said lets try anyway and "Keep a close eye on it" well within 6 days started to gain weight, retain water. Slept the best I had in more than 15 years, not worth the weight gain and swollen body!

- I go for massage every two weeks which help greatly! I have an amazing woman who works with me and takes great care to listen to what is hurting and what I need. To keep cost down you can get a deal usually from massage schools, they have the senior students work for a nominal fee under supervision of instructors. I know because I trained to be a massage technician and use to do massage.
Open Eating Disorders
Compulsive Overeater who has experienced anorexia and bulimia for a short period as well. Currently have 3.11 yrs, active in OA, just found out I have a life long autoimmune disease. Looking for support.
