no when I'm feeling utter crap I tend to give this place a miss sometimes... just hard being around people.. but I know what you mean.. just seems so natural to isolate
I'm tired and pissed off today... its all just situational I'm sure and it will pass in a wee while.. only took my meds about 40 mins ago so waiting for them to kick in properly
