I'm so sorry for your loss. You're such a young mother and to have a lost a husband at such a young age... it just doesn't seem fair. There's a book you might want to read, when you're ready. It's entitled: I WASN'T READY TO SAY GOODBYE. Please keep checking in with us. We're here for you!
I have led bereavement groups for over 10 years, and grief is a long process. Everthing you are feeling is absolutely normal. There are highs and lows that change ever so frequently. Please let yourself cry. Find people close to you who will allow you to express yourself and tell your story over and over. See if there is a group near you - ask a doctor, clergy person, hospital, even the cemetery for a referral. Let me know how you are feeling.
On August 1, 2006 I lost my husband. I'm costantly questioning the why's and what have's. I lost over 20lbs, can't sleep most nights and have not a clue as to deal with these emotions that I keep bottled in.
