Last night i got some sleep it makes so much differance to get some. And i would like to say thankyou to all of the friends that have been here for me and the friends that i have not been able to spend time with to get to know better due to the children being home for the hoildays, as you can imagine the house has become a swimming pool a few times due to water fights and im getting to know spongebob square pants very, very well, again for those who dont have younger kids or children hes a yellow talking square that lives under the sea with friends the kids love him hes on tv all the time oh and scooby doo a cartoon dog comeing out of my ears i know the cartoons nearly as well as the kids do, ask me whats in the news i would not have a clue.The sand pit is a hit with the smaller children, so it keeps the kids quite when we cant afford to take the kids out and they do some other free things as well and out with friends.Anyway theirs not much going on other than the childrens things they have football tonight so i have a quite five mins tonight.

i am a bit of a cartoon whizz too,that's what i got a lot of when my children were little,,i am so glad you have managed to get some sleep,it does make a difference,i hope you get some more tonight,love and hugs,helen.
