      I think the easiest way to do this is if we both just post our workouts/diets/weights/body fat info in our journals and then check in on eachother and have conversations in eachothers journals.. my goal is about 1 lb per week loss and to never see my weight going up! I want my body fat % down in the low 20s, I want to be 1 pants size smaller, I want my weight to be in the 130s... But to take it slow... 1 lb per week :)

      So glad to have you in this with me!!! :) It looks like we've got a lot in common.. same age, same goals, same body fat %. Hopefully the same super-motivation to get something done about it!

      I am a little overweight at this point, that has not always been the case. In 2003 I weighed 155 pounds at 5'2". I am now at 118! I am attempting to lose about 8 more pounds! Almost there!

      Treatments

      LA Weight Loss Working / Worked
      I have lost 12 pounds so far! I have never lost weight so quickly and I feel as if I am cheating b/c it has been so easy! The down side is that it is expensive but I have never been happier! I need those embarrassing weigh ins, the food diary definitely works! The diet is based on a well balanced diet and that is what attracted me to it. And no counting!
      South Beach Diet Somewhat Helpful
      I feel this provides a great recipe book but I lost 5 pounds and gained back 10 when I stopped. I just cannot live w/o carbs and the weight loss was very slow. The good side effect was my skin looked great! I just feel that I need a balanced meal and portion control and so this one did not work for me.
      NutriSystem Somewhat Helpful
      I tried this one as well. Easiest plan I have ever tried however, I lost 0 pounds in 2 months! I did not cheat. I just feel everyone's body is different and this system did not work for me! I wish it did, it was so easy and the food was great! Just did not lose any weight :(
