The winter season is here I have a sinus infection and have had to take time off work.
We have the roofer here mending the roof and building a l room in the loft
I dont know what are chickens think of it luckily they have suvived.
I will be pleased to write to anyone to know they are ok

Im spending money like water pouring from the tap. I feel agitated and self loathing my weight and self esteem. Thomas is back at school tomorow at 1.30 what a stupid time to start. Im still at work and we are trying to find help otherwise Ill have to phone in sick shit Im going through thr perimemapause and i feel like jumping again

Stress is such a huge energy sapper! It sort of creeps up on us and grabs us and we fall apart! I think stress the the biggest thing we need to fortify oursleves against and learn how to live with it or learn how to avoid it!
