sports; especially hockey, reading, drawing, art, campfires and just taking my kids for water ice...the small things in life put a smile on me. I leave the bigger exciting things for others for if you need those things to be happy than your true happiness is really valueless.

Thank you for putting that out there, I am feeling so f......pissed today and I am so bitter and mad, angry...I want to know the same dam thing...how do you really let it all go....I just starting hitting the punching bag here at my work...that's the only thing I know to let our all this anger I hold inside...I am trying the faking it untill you make it shit but I still hold alot of anger right now.....I am going to watch your post for responses for others.
