        Here in NEw Zealand, it's boxing day(26/12/07)..................6.00pm.

The children and I had a fairly good christmas celebration.On christmas eve we attend midnight mass. When we got home about 1.30am the children opened their gif'ts.Yeah that was dumb because no one wanted to sleep, but to see their smiles and excitement was beautiful.

I was surprised they were awake early on christmas morning, so we attend christmas mass as well. All the true meaning of christ mass/christmas.The celebration of the birth of christ.

We had my neice stay for 4days, the poor thing has been in foster care for just over a year.She wasnt allowed to go home to her mother for the holiday's, but we felt blessed that we were allowed to have her stay with us.

OMG,,,,,,when we got back from morning christmas mass, there were plenty of gifts left at our door by who knows, the card wasnt named.But all is well, as it was a lovely gesture.

After eating rubbish for most of the day, we went swimming to burn off some of the fat,lol.

The children still had more energy to play with their new toy's, while poor old me, was barefoot in the kitchen, preparing our christmas dinner.

We had a lovely blessing with our dinner, and i felt that our day had gone perfect.

I give thanx to the lord for my children, and for being here on earth to share his wonderful words.

I cant wait for the holidays to be over,lol. I guess at least its summer here, and we have a pool key to the kids school pool, so we can go swimming unlimited times.Mind u im loving the exercise.
