Female. 31. Married. Currently a college student. I have been on medication for insulin resistance for 2 years now but never fully understood that I had PCOS. I was never told, I asked around in the past month and got a second opinion that gave me a clear path to follow. I feel hurt and relieved all at once because I finally know what's wrong with me after decades of knowing that something was wrong. Noone ever gave me a diagnosis until now...PCOS

Welcome!! I see several things we have in common! AND I've been to Lake Charles, LA! I miss being down there!! I spent about 4 mos there in 1985! I came home at Easter. I think I should've stayed!! Lucky you! God Bless! Janelle
