I am 29yrs old and live in WI. I'm in a relationship with my bf of 6yrs who I love very much. I'm a court reporting student going into my 4th yr and will hopefully be done soon. I have a few issues that I've avoided dealing with which is why I joined this site. I need all the support I can get!

I've been smoking week since I was 14. Over the years it's gotten worse and now I smoke basically everyday. I always thought I could quit on my own but everytime I try it never lasts. I was very happy to find this website and really hope it can help me.
I am about 40 pounds over weight. Although I don't look it, I feel it. I used to never gain weight and started when I quit smoking almost 3 years ago. Now I'm gaining consistantly. I go through these bouts of working out and eating right, and then lose my motivation and go right back to eating fast food and junk. Then I gain everything I lost back plus some. I gotta stop this cycle.
I am in my 2nd year of court reporting school and it's so hard!! I have to get to 225wpm and am stressed out. I have to practice a lot and find it hard to make myself at home. But I just quit smoking weed, so hopefully this will help my motivation.
My jaw has always been a little off. But several years ago I remember hearing a crack and then my jaw was really off. It never really bothered me though until last year. Like twice it hurt for maybe a week really bad and then went away. Then about a month ago it hurt again but was super bad and lasted like a month. There's still a dull pain but it's not nearly as bad. To top it all off, my insurance doesn't cover anything tmj related.
I've been pulling my eyelashes out since I was about 12yrs old which gravitated to also pulling out my eyebrow hairs. This is the 1st time I've acknowleged this problem to anyone other than myself and really want help for it.
