Open Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Began with ulcerative colitis so is a unique case even when IBD is undercontrol IBS can still flare for other reasons

- Avoidance isn't always fun....Beano and antispasmodics to the rescue

- IBS flares have me tears without it needs something to help with the pain from gas!

- Helps me tollerat problem herbs and foods.

- I couldn't do many laps so that isn't what I mean...but a hysterectomy for the most part has worked lol I still can't tollerate hormones though!!
