  I am in hell, doing chemo, sick as a dog, feel horrible, I have to keep going to the hospital, lungs filling with fluids, migranes, dizzy, pain all over, but other than that, I am great, how are thing with you?

  I had a back injury in April of 1999. As a result of my back injury, I had
  5 back surgeries, one of them a spinal fusion in June of 2001, and I have
  been fighting with worker's comp ever since! They suck big time!! They are
  the worse insurance company I have ever had to deal with! The best advice
  that I can give you is to never, ever give up on your health especially your
  back pain! I still have pain all these years even though I had five back
  surgeries! If your insurance company doesn't pay for your medical bills,
  you can sue them for medical negligence, but, you may need a really
  good attorney to help you!
