use to be a party animal, My wife and I settled and had kids, everything was going gr8 then this happens now I hardly go out of the house. And to far gone to give a shit anymore. I have 3 disc's in my lower back rubbing in my nerve and a syrinx in my upper back and have been fighting insurance for over 4 years now. taken my life away. I am slowly going down hill, my brain feels fuzzy and I have no energy anymore. Dr's say I will be like this for rest of life and will never work again, it is killing me.

I’m With You
I had a back injury in April of 1999. As a result of my back injury, I had
5 back surgeries, one of them a spinal fusion in June of 2001, and I have
been fighting with worker's comp ever since! They suck big time!! They are
the worse insurance company I have ever had to deal with! The best advice
that I can give you is to never, ever give up on your health especially your
back pain! I still have pain all these years even though I had five back
surgeries! If your insurance company doesn't pay for your medical bills,
you can sue them for medical negligence, but, you may need a really
good attorney to help you!

Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionHave been on workcover since 14/9/04 with a syrinx of the spinal cord between my sholder blades and buldged disc's at bottom of back whitch are touching nerves. But surgeons and doctor say I will be like this for rest of day's, I think that it's not far on my wife and kids but W/C and Ins/comp just stuff you round so you go crazy, through your hands up and give up or kill yourself just so they don't have to pay. And im pissed off with it. 26/5/08 still get'n stuffed round I want to kill myself
