Hi all!  I just got home from seeing my Dad and lil nephew Nate.  We ate at Chicken place.  I had a long day.  I had therapy this morning followed by my meeting with my case manager.  and the one thing I needed to do I didn't do which was figure out how to get to the dentist, my tooth is killing me!  Guess I'll have to call her.  Dinner went great with my Dad.  I love that he comes down here when I ask him too.  I knew I needed extra support today because all thats going on and he was more than willing to come and chill with me for a little bit, and I got a free meal out of it., and I got to see nate which was wonderful.  He's just now learning how to say my name and it's so cool, he just turned two in september. 

My back has been killing me latley!  I live on a three story walk up, so it could be the stairs, but man it's really bothering me, I've been off narcotic pain meds for a little while now, I'm thinking about going back on them.  I see the pain dr. on monday.  We'll see what they have to say.  Any of you suffer back pain? got any tips on how to make it better?  Mine is lower back pain more centered to the right and goes down my right leg to my knee and radiates at my knee.  It's not fun and I'm not liking it.  and if I have to start working again they are going to have to do something about it.  I hope I don't have to have surgery.  I kinda want to though if its going to help.  anything to stop the pain.  it's relentless. 

Well I'm about to go watch some meaningless TV for the next several hours.  Hope you all are doing well...
