I've made many bad choices, but through the pain I have grown. I cherish my family, good friends, and try my best to keep my sense of humor! Life is too damn short.

I've recently discovered that I'm VERY codependent as I have always put everyone's needs before my own. I continue to be there for others but realize it's very important to ultimately do what's best for me!!
Open Families & Friends Affected By Suicide
I lost my love to suicide and am very pleased this community has been added!!! I joined DS for this reason and have finally found peace with the tragedy and have stayed on to help others who are going through the same.
Open Physical & Emotional Abuse
Growing up, my father who has his PHD in psychology was abusive. I've found forgiveness, I had to in order to move on. I realize this has affected my life in many ways.
