About Me
MS diagnosed in 2004 & have only had 1 year without feeling like hell. I was told mine is RR more like relapsing 24/7 can't seem to pull out of it. I am here hoping to find new medications & people to talk with. I have researched MS to near death & my Neurologist has no more answers for me.No matter how hard I push myself I end up feeling exhausted.

Close Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Type: Relapsing-remitting MSI was diagnosed in 2004..here is the story we were driving home & out of the blue the right side of my face went totally numb I was terrified then my legs started with pins & needles.
Treatments
- Copaxone Not Working
- Apart from agony immediately AFTER injecting huge raised lumps that have not gone down in 2 weeks.....last shot I was barely able to breathe it took over 24hrs to breathe normally again I have now ceased Copaxone. I feel so let down I had high hopes for Copaxone helping me not feel like hell.Such a shame so many nasty side effects in such a short time & worse is they stayed they never eased off in 15 -30 minutes they simply stayed.

- Baclofen Somewhat Helpful

Close Menopause
Nearly 2 years ago ago I started experiencing night sweats & heavy periods that would last 3 weeks than vanish for 2 to 4 months....begged the GP continuously to take blood tests but was told 'NO' you are too young. Last year I went to the GP & insisted on blood tests - Yes I am menopausal .

- Evening Primrose Oil Not Working
- Didn't do anything.
