Dude... I'm so sorry that you got beat up on the Smoking site. If my comment was part of that I'm very sorry. I never meant for it to be taken that way. I hope you'll find it in your heart to forgive me and come back soon. We all struggle in our quit and how we deal with it is what works for us... (or in some cases doesn't work for us). Once again I'm sorry if my comment was offensive and I hope you come back soon.

Hey Paul, I missed whatever happened in the Smoking forum, but I read Beesley's journal and came here to thank you for providing a resource for people who want to quit smoking. ( I didn't see it, but Ms. B mentioned it.)Each person is different so the more choices for ways to quit, the better.

Close Seasonal Affective Disorder
Well I have come to terms that this is what I am suffering from, great mood in sunlight times, life and soul of the party! I look a lot of people thought this was one of those kind of imaginary conditions, I could not possibly be suffering from? Well this winter has been a killer, aching limbs, anxiety, lethargic everyday almost, a bit agraphobic and don't want people around me! I am on here to understand more, help myself and maybe others too
