First off ...am very happy to write that my biopsy came out really good. No problems or signs of cancer and no increased risk of breast cancer! Woot! I wasn't stressed about it because I was told from the beginning that the radiologist was 90% sure that it was nothing. I don't particularly want to go through many of those however. Wasn't bad...but not too fun either. Have a big bruise and had some soreness for a few days.
I was switched to Armour to save me some money with the straight T3 that I was taking that has to be made at a compounding pharmacy of which costs me 65.00 each month! BUT after a couple of weeks on it and feeling horrible with my fibro pain sky rocketing and infllammation through out my body (including that right ear) even my dizziness was increasing. My doctor has told me to stop taking it as she thinks I may be allergic to it. She has me back on my T3 and adding a smidge of T4 that will be a seperate pill. I haven't had them filled yet as we are waiting for payday. Consequently, I feel crappy still. My back KILLS me so not sleeping well. hmmph.
Other than that....nothing new. Hubby works as a boiler operator at our Lumber Mill, and the boiler was shut down as everyone else had been laid off (so no steam needed) Our last paycheck was TERRIBLE! Thank goodness, he was only laid off for 3 days...could be worse. Some people had 7 weeks off! BUT, he works 12 hour days...so 3 of those really puts a dent in the paycheck! Every week we breathe a sigh of relief when we see no time off !! So far, things look good for this coming payday! Should be a regular one. We are thankful that the mill isn't shut down, and happy he still has job! He has worked their for 17 years.
