I have been sick nearly 4 years, and have recently received some diagnosis. The crazy thing is the doc said she'd be shocked if I didn't have Lyme, but there is no test in the US for the strain in Germany, where I would've been bitten. Subsequently now I have 4 additional infections, a crashed immune system, burned out adrenals, vitamin deficiency, pancreatic enzyme problems, and hormone problems. I wish I could confirm this diagnosis, because no one is treating me for Lyme. The doc that believes I have it is holistic, and wants me to change everything, and take a bunch of supplements to boost my systems before antibiotics. Insurance won't pay for her and I'm in the process of getting off COBRA and onto another insurance. Any suggestions?
