My walk with Sebastian this morning, to V's bus stop and then around the park was quite comfortable with my new orthodic inserts. I woke up this morning with a sore throat and feeling rather crudy but after my walk, I started to feel much better.
Before my doctor appointment yesterday, my size 20 pants were too tight - OMG!
Now I am determined to get my lower body shape into better form. My waistline has become too big for my britches, it seems. I guess that's why I love my elastic waist jogging pants so much - they never fail to fit!

I definately need to start walking again. I will try to aim for tomorrow. We used to live beside our county's largest walking park. After crossing the road I was on a trail that could take me miles in any direction. Since we have moved I miss our old walking park. Most of the walking park followed a brook. It's a lovely walking park. I hope you enjoy your walk.

Plantar Faciitis keeps me from walking these days but deep water aerobics is a new adventure! It's a good exercise for the waistline, hips and legs. Now if I could just stand the cool water temperature. What ever happened to warmer pool water?
