TRYING TO GET TO A PLACE WHERE I DONT HAVE TO CARRY MEDICATION EVERY WHERE I GO, OR HAVE PANIC ATTACKS OUT OF NOWHERE, FOR NO APPARENT REASON (SO FRUSTRATING!) I HAVE CHANGED JOBS, MOVED TO OTHER PLACES, AVOIDED SOCIALIZING; ALL JUST TO KEEP SOME SENSE OF "CALM" OR "SAFETY" IN PLACE. THIS IS A DEBILITATING DISEASE.
