went to see my specialist yesterday and at last i have reached undetectable, my cd4 is in the 300s , been on blood pres tablets for a week, they are not doing any good yet but give it time i guess, the only probs i do get with the meds, is a bloated feeling of which i have been told to get some charcoal sweets, and sometimes my feet ache, but i guess all in all i am doing fine,

have loads of jobs to do and just sat around with my leg in a cast, cant belive i have done so much damage just falling from the third step of the ladders whilst plastering, there is always something in this world to moan about, he he
