went to see my specialist yesterday and at last i have reached undetectable, my cd4 is in the 300s , been on blood pres tablets for a week, they are not doing any good yet but give it time i guess, the only probs i do get with the meds, is a bloated feeling of which i have been told to get some charcoal sweets, and sometimes my feet ache, but i guess all in all i am doing fine,

well nothing much to update recently ,been on my Atripla for just under six weeks and have to go back this wed to get my blood results, i cant say that i feel any better but i dont feel any worse than i did when i started the meds, get a little cramp in my foot but of which was not there before, but i cant link it to the meds , work is still maiking me very depressed but it pays some bills and i guess i should be grateful for that alone.
all in all i could have a good whinge , but whats the point as things are not that bad,
hope every one is fine and keepng good, thinking of you all on D/S

went to see the specialist yesterday as its been 6 weeks since i started meds , she informed me that since starting Atripla my Viral Load as decreased frpm 350,000 to 400 and my CD4 has gone up from 320 to 417 , but she mentiond that there was a slight increase in something to do with my Liver, have to go back in another 6 weeks for a fasting blood test.
