Type: Improve overall fitnessI've gained weight recently due to death of my mother and I've been to lazy to take it off. I'm at a point where enough, is enough and I want to get back in shape a lose 20lbs. My best friend ran with me with I lived in my home town, but I'm in MA now and need a partner because I feel more comfortable that way.
