I think i suffer from depression but am not quite sure how to ask for help as i have tried to speak to my husband about it in the past & he shrugs it off like it doesnt even matter.

- Putting my thoughts/feelings into my journal make me feel better coz it stops me from going over it again & again in my head. My friends here have been fantastic & are so supportive of me which really helps.

Do i suffer from anxiety? I think negative thoughts about everything & have trouble just getting through the day without extremely high stress levels.
