hey hun just checking in to see how u are? and to say its not u, its the madness of the depression ruling your head. things will pass and hopefully you will feel better soon. someone told me that there is a light at the end of every tunnel some tunnels are just longer than others. cant tell you if its true coz im stil searching for the light just thought maybe a little saying thing like that puts a little hope on life

i know i have depression. too afraid to get medical help. I was seeing a counselor through the county help about 15 years ago. It really helped. I need it again but don't have the time.
