I have been living with dePression on and off since my teens. i recently found out I have ADD which is why i Probably suffer from dePression a lot.
I was diagnosed in the netherlands 2 years ago. i have tried ritalin which helPed but after a while...what ADDer is going to remember to take a Pill every 4 hours
I started watching what I ate when I was about 12. anorexia symptoms when I was 17 - 21. Did obsessive excersising to get the weight off for years and last 5 years let go. I have jojo'd. Now am too fat but eating a lot. Pretend I sont care that my biggest size trouwers don't fit anymore (size 16 UK)I can go from starving one day to binge eating the next
My cousin was diagnosed with Kahler, he is only 33. I wanted to read some of everyones stories on here to see how I can support him best!
