well true to my promise to myself i indeed had a another lazy day yesterday! but got back on track today, first visited my chiropractor, then went and had my hair cut and restyled, then to lunch at sakura japanese restaurant with my best friend, then we were gonna go to the rivergate area to see a friend but the heat outside prevented that, so made plans to do that next week.after resting and relaxing, i feel pretty good, so guess i'll get caught up on some work around the house i've been neglecting lately,no wait, its late, so i'll just start on that tomorrow. no excuses tomorrow, the works not going away, its waiting patiently!hope everyone is full of peace and harmony or at least open to it!

Ahhh... I too have been a bump on a log this week... At least I ran the vacuum! Paid bills in town, banked, and grocery shopped in town today so at least I accomplished that! Oh, I also made up hamburgers to freeze with the 80% hb I got in town for only $1.79 per pound... Thought that was a great deal at my grocery! xoxoxo Cj
