154.0!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!! Mood

WOOHOO!!!!!!!! 154.0 pounds as of this morning!Laughing YIPPIE! 

My stats are:

 

starting weight= 211.2 lbs

goal weight= 140.0 lbs

current weight= 154.0 lbsSmile

pounds lost= 57.2 Laughing

pounds left to go= 14.0 lbs

percent of the way there= 80%

 

So I am way excited about that, especially after such a shakey week with being sick and having one too many boba drinks Smilelol 

I have soooooo much catching up to do, so here it is:

 

Friday's Food

Breakfast:

grapes (90)

yogurt (60)

Lunch:

2 apples (160)

slimfast cappuchino (180)

low carb monster (20)

Dinner: (here's where the one too many boba part comes in! LOL)

24 pieces of CA roll (600)

boba drink (300? at least?)

TOTAL=1,410 calories

 

No exercise on Friday (I was still pretty weak from that flu)

 

Saturday's Food

Breakfast:

1/3 of a slimfast (I found a lump in it and so I threw the rest out- 60)

banana (110)

low carb monster (20)

Lunch:

slimfast strawberry (180)

yogurt (60)

Dinner:

SmartOnes chicken & cheese quesidilla (both halves=440)

4 oz nonfat cottage cheese (80)

small salad with nonfat italian dressing (30)

sugar-free chocolate pudding cup (60)

SmartOnes cookie dough dessert (170)

TOTAL= 1,210 calories

 

Saturday's Exercise (DAY 106)

Treadmill- (3 laps=.75 mile) 

1 lap walk @ 3.5 speed

1 lap jog @ 6.0 speed

1 lap run @ 6.5 speed

Stairmaster-

30 minutes on "Fat Burner" setting Level 15 Yell 

Treadmill- (3 laps= .75 mile)

1 lap RUN @ 7.0 speed

1 lap run @ 6.5 speed

1 lap walk @ 3.5 speed

Weight Lifting with 15 lb dumbells

Stretching

 

SUNDAY'S EXERCISE Laughing day 107

This morning I did my 5 miles again and it felt really good.  I wasn't trying to beat my time, just take it easy and enjoy my run.  It was really beautiful out today, not too warm so it felt really nice Cool 

so 5 miles from my house to the beach and back

plus .25 mile walk warm down

stretching

 

I was thinking about you all as I ran this morning, thinking about how much support I get from all of my friends and how I honestly couldn't do it without you guys Smile  You all keep me motivated and on track and accountable and I appreciate it all Smile
