It was a 2.2 pound loss from last week, so YAAAAY! I am really excited for the loss! I am sick though, unfortunately. My head is in a cloud and I have a nasty cold AND I coughed until almost 3 am last night, which didn't leave me much sleep
boo hoo, I know... I am going to prompt care in a few minutes to be seen again for this stupid cough. It's been going on for SIX weeks. So hopefully I will have more luck with them than I did at the student health center. Grrr...
My food was good today. I am going to start giving myself around 1300 calories per day and I'll see how that goes with my hunger, etc. Here are my logs for today...

See, you worried yourself for nothing! 2.2 pounds and you're so freaking little now! 75% of the way there I'm so inspired by you!!! Thanks Lisa. Get a cup of tea and relax under a blanket today. Take care of more than your physical fitness, and diet, your body needs rest to recoup. Go easy for a day or so. Maybe the cough is an allergy? 6 weeks is a while to still be coughing. SO happy for you!!! Sorry to hear you are sick.. me too... I HATE being sick. It kinda come along with my job though, working with little kids. They share everything, including their colds.. lol. Hope you feel better soon!
