So day #100 is approaching soon- WOO HOO!! I can't wait to accomplish 100 days! That will be super duper awesome!
So yesterday at my weigh-in I lost .6 lbs so now here are my stats:
starting weight= 211.2 lbs
current weight= 159.2 lbs![]()
total weight lost= 52.0 lbs![]()
weight left to lose= 19.2 lbs
percentage of the way= over 70%
I was glad it was a loss and not a gain seen as I pigged out a little TOO much this week. No bueno... Anyways, I just gotta take it slow and steady and just be patient because I know the last 19.2 lbs are going to be a bitch to lose. It always works that way, the closer you get, the harder and harder it becomes to lose it
. So we'll see...

Sunday's Exercise (Day #97 in 2008!)
So I did 20 minutes on the stairmaster @ Level 15 on the "fat burner" setting
(It said I climbed up 131 flights of stairs
That was really REALLY tough, let me tell you!!
then I lifted weights with 15 lb dumbells to work my back and shoulders and triceps
stretching
I am doing well, feeling good. I just REALLYREALLY want to be under 160, as in 157 or less rather than hanging right around the 159s. It's too scary for me to be that close to NOT breaking the 10-pound barrier. I just want it to all be over and I will be 140.0 and all I will have to do is maintain. I think that will be much easier for me to do rather than trying to figure out how much calories vs. exercise I need for me to lose. grrrr...![]()

Patience will get you there. I knew you'd see a nice result at your weigh in. I hope you feel proud of it!

Wow, look at those numbers! That's SERIOUS work you've done! It's impressive! You will get there, surely and slowly! I have the feeling your gym will be doing that feature story on you *pretty* soon! ; ) I agree with the comment above: be proud of yourself, because you have accomplished SO much, and you are such an inspiration!! Hugs!
