Saturday's Workout
2 miles walking on treadmill at 4.5 (speed) and 5% incline (WAAY hard!!)

Then I used two 7lb weights and did bicep curls, "lawn mowers", and then lifting them together over my head with leaning back halfway all of the way back
And then I bench pressed just the bar (still heavy lol) and did 3 reps of 10
Then I held a plank for 1 minute and 35 SECONDS!!!! woo hoo!!!! I am super duper excited about that! Yaaaayy!!

Damn, that's a LOT of calories! Wow. Well at least it evens out because yesterday I didn't eat enough calories so I guess over time it's an average of 1200-1350 calories a day and not a super precise number every day. Overall though, I had a good day with food (and exercise too!!) Today is day #16 of exercising. Yay!! Keeping up on it is feels good and is good for me! So this morning when I weighed myself I weighed in at... (drumroll)... wait for it.... 192!!! Yippie! I almost updated my goal page but I am going to wait until tomorrow to make it "official." I kind of didn't believe it so then at the gym when I was leaving I weighed myself and with all my clothes plus my shoes I weighed 195.5 so now I KNOW my scale wasn't lying to me. (I weigh myself first thing in the morning with no clothes) So YIPPIE!! I am feeling super duper good!! ![]()
