I had a good day today, I home early because Brian is feeling super sick but I feel good. He has Irritable Bowel Syndrome (my personal opinion seeing what he goes through) and today's a bad day for that for him. I don't personally have that problem (thank god!) but I understand it's pretty nasty. But ANYWAYS...
I had an AWESOME day at the gym today!!! It was amazing, especially seen as yesterday I felt like collapsing from feeling so horrible.
Tuesday's Exercise
5k on treadmill at 4.6 (speed) (yay! That's the fastest I've gone!!)
1/4 mile walk warm down at 3.2
Weights with my arms
And then I managed to hold a plank for 1 minute and 30 seconds!!!!! Woo hoo!!

and just a few minutes ago I had a Special K chocolate raspberry bar (super yummy as a dessert)
My eating went well today. Obviously Taco Tuesday is my "meal off" per week which basically means that I eat as many chips as I want. I really do look forward to that meal every week.
I weighed myself this morning (as I normally do) and I am down another pound! I don't take the weight I see as "official" until Sunday or Saturday but it is still nice to see it go down. I weigh myself every day when I wake up just to keep track of things, make sure there isn't a week where I gain 6 pounds or something horrible like that. I don't obsess or do it more than once a day, but I feel like it helps me keep track of myself and stay accountable. I have been feeling good lately and I think it's the exercise and food I am eating. I am taking care of myself and I am feeling good. Yaaay!!

good to hear you hit 195. You are right though, it takes about a week to make sure it is totally off. What I have read once was that our body doesn't really tell the true story of what we are doing until about 2 weeks later. I always think, two weeks ago I ran everyday, ate well, etc. While ti helps to be consistent this week, I actually see the results of what I did 2 weeks ago, today. So I always try to remember that when gaging what I am eating and seeing on the scale and in my mirror.

Good girl!! You are doing awesome!! I weigh myself every day too... I think it is a good thing..those pounds can creep up on you. Keep up the good work!!
