I am feeling really poopy today, just tired, unenergized, and no bueno. There is nothing in particular that's wrong, I guess I am just having a HUGE "off" day lol.
Monday's Food:
strawberry slimfast shake
special K cereal bar vanilla
low carb monster
green apple
special K cereal bar strawberry
green apple
water!!!

Not too much, which is probably why I feel like crap. So for that reason, I have come to the conclusion that I will be eating a Baja Grill Burrito (chicken) from Rubio's for dinner. I thought about it for about 10 minutes before I called Brian and asked his opinion. He said that I should do it, I have between 700 and 800 calories left for the day and it will fit into my calories, it has fresh ingredients, will provide me with nutrients, and it is something that I will really enjoy. And he agrees with me in the fact that this is NOT an impulsive meal because (I haven't had it yet) I thought it through, called for advice, and waited. So I feel good about my decision in general, no regrets. A treat to Lisa ![]()
I had a waaay off day at the gym today but hey I went!!
Monday's Workout:
1/4 mile on treadmill at 3.2 (speed) with a 3.0 incline
1 mile on treadmill at 4.2 (speed) with a 3.0 incline
1/4 mile on treadmill at 3.2 with a 1.0 incline to warm down
Then I managed to hold a plank for 1 minute and 15 seconds!!!!! Woo hooo!!!!
So now I am 62.5% of the way to my goal but the scale only moves up in 5% so I'm at 60% now! Yay!
I tried again and only held my plank for 1 minute 10 seconds\
LOTS of stretching
So now I am looking forward to that burrito!! Yum yum!!
