Happy Saturday!!
My day yesterday was pretty good. I woke up feeling TERRIBLE, like I was getting the flu but still went about my day. Finally I came home and took a nap, and when I woke up I felt much better. At the gym, I jogged a 5k at 4.2 on the treadmill and then warmed down .35mile walking. After that I did weights and then worked on holding the plank. I got to a minute again today!! Yay!! So that's good but obviously two minutes are much harder than one lol. Might as well be 2 HOURS haha. But I'm working on it!
Friday's Food:
Slimfast strawberrry shake
special K cereal bar strawberry
Low Carb Monster
Green apple
Slimfast chocolate shake
yogurt
Smart One's Fiesta Chicken Quesidilla (I ate both halves of the quesidilla)
Cottage cheese cup
pudding cup
Oreo bar (100 cals) @ 9:00pm ish
LOTS OF WATER!
So now I am off to work but I will make sure to find an awesome quote from my awesome book
and post it later today with my food and exercise for today.
