I am totally ready to rock tomorrow's weigh in. It will be six weeks of maintaining and I am pretty excited about that. Most of my journey I never could imagine myself getting to my goal, so it is a whole new experience being there and changing my focus to learning how to maintain.
My lower back started hurting a bit after my run yesterday and so I need to be careful to rest it up and not push it too much for a couple days. The last thing I need is a back injury. Other than that, I am feeling good. I am feeling pretty positive and looking forward to a week of rest, exercise, and birthday celebrations next week. I will definitely make sure to take a picture of the chocolate motherload cake that I will be eating!
hehe!
Next weekend is going to be HUGE for me and some of my friends! Not only is the 29th my birthday (& my 1 year 11 months with Brian
) it is Mary and Em's big weigh in day!!
GO LADIES!!
And on that Sunday the 31st, Kathy will be running her very first 5k!!
I am totally excited to hear how that goes for her!!
It is so great seeing what everyone is accomplishing! Not too long ago we were all a bunch of fatsos sitting around living our unhealthy lives (like me eating an entire box of mini donuts for breakfast every day and smoking!
eeek!) I can't believe how far we have all come!! GO GIRLS!!![]()
