First off, only ONE WEEK until my birthday!! YAY!! Laughing

 

Yesterday morning I went for a short run (up the hill twice) and when I was running to the hill some lady came up beside me running off of a side street.  I took off and thought I left her behind me, but when I reached the bottom of the hill I stopped to tighten the strings on my pants and there she was in FRONT of me! I was like HELL NO you don't!! So I literally SPRINT .3 miles straight UP that hill and left her in the DUST.  I got up to the top, turned around to come back down and saw her slowly trotting up the hill.  HEHESealed So then as I was passing her on the way down, she reached out her hand and gave me a high five!Surprised How sweet was that?? Wink

THURSDAY'S WORKOUT #2

15 minutes on elliptical "vail pass" level 10 (highest level)

1/4 mile walk on treadmill @ 3.7 speed

stretching

HELD A PLANK FOR 3 (yes, THREE!) MINUTES!!!!Surprised OMG!

weight lifting with 12.5 lb dumbells and 10 lb dumbells (worked back, shoulders, arms, triceps)
