Wednesday, August 20, 2008 | A General Update story

I am soooooo tired.Frown I woke up yesterday ready to go back to bed WinkI still made myself run to my therapist appointment and back (5.7 miles total).  When I got home though I thought I was going to pass out.  I was SO tired.  I went to Brian's and we immediately went to bed and took a three hour nap.  SurprisedThree hours! lol  Today is going to be my "personal day."  I have to work a morning lap swim lifeguarding shift from 6-8am but after that, my bed is waiting...

 

TUESDAY'S FOOD
Meal #1

dad's oatmeal minus the cinnamon & raisins, with 8 oz fresh blueberries instead (600)

low carb monster (20)

Meal #2

small bowl of shrimp risotto (300)

3.5 tbsp goobers (gotta get that yummy protein! 300)

Meal #3

banana minus one bite that Brian took (100)

Taco Tuesday!! (2 chicken tacos with pico de gallo, onions, & salsa and chips)

sugarfree pudding cup (60)

mocha flavored healthy choice fudge bar (100)

TOTAL= 1,500 + Taco Tuesday!!

    YAY, GLAD YOUR FEELING BETTER, SORRY ABOUT THE DAY BEFORE. MAYBE IT WAS REST YOU NEEDED AND YOU GOT THAT. NICE LITTLE CAT NAPS :) YOUR DOING AWESOME AND MAKING THE CHEESE CHANGES THAT MIGHT HELP YOU OUT :) SOMETIMES THOSE CARBS CAN GET US. YEP YOUR FIGURING IT OUT AND STAYING ON TRACK, GREAT JOB!     I am so glad you got some rest!!! You have to listen to your body sometimes...sleep is so good for you (and is even nicer when you get a nap with your honey!)! You rock though for getting in a good run no matter what! You make me hungry for Taco's every week!!! They sound so yummy!!!!!! Oh and the oatmeal too...I wish your dad would come and make me a bowl! BIG hugs to you, hope you are feeling all energized today!
