WOOHOOO for that!Smile This past week was week # 5 of maintaining!Laughing

Although I am a bit concerned about this upcoming week (I am mostly not working- it's my 2 weeks before school starts) and Brian and I have all of these food plans.  Which is awesome but also a bit scary.  I am just going to have to REALLY focus on my amping up my exercise as well.

Yesterday I woke up feeling llike crap and totally did NOT want to work out.  God I freaking didn't want to.Cry  But I had to because Friday was my day 'off' from exercise so I went for a 5 mile run instead of 7.  I am so glad I didn't attempt a 7 miler because I felt like shit during that run.  I have finally figured out that  during the few times where I reallyreally do NOT want to work out, my body is in a state of pure exhaustion and that's its way of telling me to take it easy.  I am so incredibly sleep deprived- that's another thing I need to catch up on.Undecided

Anyway, enough rambling...

Great job getting a run in even though you really didn't want to, but you're right about listening to your body. If your is exhausted rest it :) Congrats on maintaining for the 5th week in a row, I knew you were going to do it! You've been working really hard and staying on track. Whoo-hoo! Keep it up!

You've learned so much on this journey to fitness and I really admire your strength. I think you're right about your body saying "I need a rest!" But you already figured that out ... enjoy the time with Brian!

I think its so important to listen to your body and do a dialed down version of your normal workout when you are tired! Sleep is so important!!!! If anyone deserves 2 weeks off, it is you! I hope you and Brian have a great time!

Wow, Congrats again on maintaining!!!! You HAVE to be feeling more confident every week with this!!! I am so happy for you and so proud of you. It is good to hear your goingto have a break form your grueling scedule...at last! Way to listen to your body and to take things down a knotch to get that workout in. When I have a day I feel wiped it is good to remember to do a lighter workout, not to SKIP it all together- so thanks for that insight and example! You are doing wonderful. Love you- have a great day!!

YOU GOT YOUR WORKOUT IN, IF YOUR WORRIED ABOUT THE MEALS JUST FIGURE OUT A FEW THINGS YOU CAN GO WITHOUT IN ORDER TO HAVE WHAT YOU WANT. STAY STRONG AND IF ANYONE CAN DO IT - LISA CAN!

Woo-hoo Lisa! Amazing job maintaining! YAY and you have an easier couple weeks to enjoy. It'll be good to navigate maintenance in a different way. It's a learning process and you are doing so well, I am so proud of you. I hope you and Brian will have a great time doing things on your time off. What do you have planned for your birthday???
