Congrats on staying at the right weight. You're doing a great job. :) I absolutely agree with you on maximizing food for calories. The first day I was restricted, I STARVED. Then, I studied your food journals and sort of got the hang of it. Well, you see my journals. You know the list of food I eat in a day has gotten progressively longer - but the calories have stayed right where they should be. And it's all because of your journals, Lisa.

You guys and these calories...maybe I SHOULD

OOOOps, got finger happy...not in a good way...

Anyway...I SHOULD take a page out of your journals and start keeping track of what i'm eating...which lately hasn't been much. But, i'm going to work on that. Lees, you honestly shouldn't have much trouble maintaining as long as you're staying active. The way you're running, you won't have any problems. It's not going to be near as hard to maintain as it is to lose...just ask me, i'm maintaining 183 like it's my damn baby or something!!!

I just realized I want to thank you for posting such detailed food logues. It really helps me to read other people's and for some new ideas. Good point about getting the most from your calories- you sure do! I think may try your eng muffin, cream cheese and ham-sounds yum to me! Also, since I do the stairmaster too I am floored by yourlevel 10 for 20 minutes- OMG!!! I am slowly working my way up from level 4 though- up to 6 for part of it- ha!!, so look out!!! Holding the plank for 2 and a half minutes deserve a high five!!! OMG!! Keep rocking it and maintaining 137 should give you some confidence that you are in control of this! Love you!!!

LOL, You are so funny! I had no doubt you'd be maintaining :) You have been doing so well! I think your food logs, workouts and water look great, as usual. You are really eating a lot of great things for all those calories. And a big congrats on holding that plank for so long! That's very impressive!
