OMG I can't even EXPLAIN how relieved and excited I am to get an appointment! In a week!
YIPPIEEE!!! So now you all can stop pestering me with "when?" questions
(even though I know that they are all out of love
)hehe So I updated my slider by 5% because I see an appointment as some sort of progress!![]()
Yesterday I made my plan for food today and I am sticking with it PERFECTLY. I am eating "real" foods (not lean cuisines
lol) and three meals plus snacks instead of 2 slimfasts, so I am making progress toward finishing the "change" part of my "life change." I have cut WAY down on slimfasts anyways, but it is nice to see myself not depending on them for my meals.
That being said, I did go the convience route all day yesterday.
I also went over by a 100/150ish calories, but I am not going to sweat it.
Sunday's Food
Breakfast:
power size strawberry nirvana smoothie from Jamba Juice (315)
Lunch:
green grapes (150)
low carb monster (20)
clif pb/chocolate builders bar (270)
Dinner:
24 pieces CA roll (600)
boba

TOTAL= 1,705 calories

Your food looks great! I think it is a great idea to start transitioning yourself to eating "real" foods! I can't wait to hear what the doctor says...I can only imagine how relieved you are to finally have that appointment! I hope you have a great rest of the day :)

AW shucks, thanks so much Lisa! I'm really glad you got an appointment and I will not apologise for being a pest about it. I am so proud that you are weaning yourself onto regular food. Those shakes are looking better and better to me lately. I might give them a shot just when I need to compress time. I freak about being a little over or under sometimes but I know it's just ridiculous obsessing. It really doesn't matter one day over, one under but I put myself into a panic over it sometimes. I have to adopt your attitude of not sweating it. Thanks again Lisa you're the best!
