... Eating too much for me is like drinking too much for everyone else- I feel it right then and then the next morning!

I know how you feel! I ate like half a bag of family sized doritos by myself last night and this morning I woke up w/ my stomach hurting. It's almost an encouraging feeling though. My body isn't used to the overloading of calories at night anymore. :-) If you stay away from the frozen yogurt place I promise to stay away from the family snack cabinet.

You have the perfect attitude about things...it is just one day, and you didn't even do that bad! I understand the stuffed feeling, though, it can defintely stick with you! I hope that you have a nice weekend...have fun working out :)

Yeah, I understand the food hangover, it's awful, but you have the right attitude. That frozen yougurt place sounds nice for a treat once in awhile, but you're right, stay far away from a long while--haha! I really think you are doing great, I think you are on track from a great weekend at the gym :)

I HAVE A BOSS THAT IS BIG ON DESSERTS, GLAD I'M NOT A DESSERT EATER CUZ THAT WOULD RUIN MY CALORIES FOR SURE. WITH EATING THROUGHOUT THE DAY I'M NOT HUNGRY IN THE EVENINGS ANY MORE OR IS IT THAT MY STOMACH IS REALLY SHRINKING :) FOOD DAMN THEY CALL IT WHEN DRINKING AND THEN EAT TOO MUCH :) HERE TO A BETTER DAY, AND WORKOUT ON ITS WAY! GLAD YOUR BACK IN ACTION!

I lived on frozen yogurt when I lived in AZ, yum!! If ya skip the candy next time- you are fine!! easier said than done though I know!! I don't do well without structure to my day- my husband got me a day planner. Maybe organize your day with lots of productive things to do until you can get to your beloved workout day...SATURDAY!!! Just a thought. You have a GREAT day today!

Almost there. I am so glad you'll be back to your routine before the rut really gets to you. Fro-yogurt is goodish for you for a treat. Hope you're over the hangover and I'll check in later! Love you lots!

I felt that stuffed feeling yesterday too. I ate too much all day long. I went to my mom's house and that is never good - lol! Then I napped for about 2 hours and felt like a vegetable just laying on the couch for that long! I couldn't even sleep last night, so I showered and watched more t.v. I need to stop taking naps during the day so that I can get back on a schedule. I know what you mean by losing track when you don't have a schedule. That is a good beginning - write a schedule! Have a great Thursday!
