So I go back to the doctor tomorrow for another chest xray and hopefully a green light to get back to normal!
I do actually feel normal again, so that is good! Tonight I will take my last antibiodic so YAY for that! Wish me luck guys! I can't wait to get my booty back in that gym without my lungs collapsing!!

Monday's Food
Breakfast:
venti white chocolate mocha frappuchino light (280)
grapes (100)
Lunch:
2 hardboiled egg whites (40)
a bigass homemade smoothie that consisted of:
slimfast strawberry (180)
1 cup frozen blueberries (100)
1 banana (110)
blueberry yogurt (60)
Snack:
alternative bagel (110)
with 2 tbsp nonfat cream cheese on top (30)
Dinner:
SmartOnes chicken & cheese quesidilla (220)
6 oz nonfat cottage cheese (120)
with blueberries sprinkled on top (40)
lowfat cheese stick (60)
a teensy salad that was leftover (20)
SmartOnes cookie dough dessert (170)
with fat free cool whip on top (30)
TOTAL= 1,670 calories

Nice job with the food log today! I have to try those cookie dough desserts. I'm getting sick of my ice creams. GOOOOOD LUCK at the doc tomorrow! It's a great sign that you feel normal, hope it's a clear X-ray and you can jog to the gym hold a 2 min plank do 200 flights on the stairmaster and run home. My fingers are crossed for you! Love you!

Yay for the doc appointment. I hope you get super good news and can start rocking it (SLOWLY) at the gym again. I know how frustrated you have been. Anyway, hope the appointment goes well and you will start feeling 100 % ASAP.
