I'm not too sure how I feel about this! 142.0 pounds means that I am only 2 pounds away from my goal of 140! I'm not sure how I feel because since I am not exercising, I can only assume that it is muscle loss and not fat.
So we'll see. Hopefully by next Sunday I will have exercised again (cross your fingers!!)

I went to Souplantation last night and OMG I was so hungry (after a 7 hour pool staff meeting plus a private lesson afterwards) and I ate a LOT. Luckily most of the food I was eating was healthy, but I left there feeling STUFFED.
Which is a super uncomfortable feeling that I honestly haven't felt in a very very long time. Next time I will slow down my eating pace

You know what? You are 2 pounds away from your goal weight and that is something to feel great about!!!! That and not gaining during the breaks you have needed to take is such and accomplishment. Wow, a seven hour meeting sounds exhausting! I hope you can rest up today, because by next Sunday we will be pulling for another green light!! Stay positive, stay strong, you are doing great sticking it out , I knopw it ain't easy for you to restrain yourself from excercise. You can do it!!!

I wouldn't stress too much about it, you are getting over being sick, you are healthy in general, you've worked your butt off to get where you are today....relax :) I would focus on getting better right now, don't worry about losing muscle etc. Stress is not going to help at all. Just relax, feel better and those two pounds will be gone in no time! It's a HUGE accomplishment for you and you should be proud how far you've come!
