Sunday is just around the corner!!
Hopefully I will get the green light to start my life back up again!! I will let you guys know how it goes with the doctor on Sunday as soon as I hear!
Today Brian and I went to our favorite sushi place (the one with the receipts that say "eat well, live well, be happy" on them!
) and the lady was like "you lost weight?" "You look good!" It's so awesome to see that other people notice too! The boba people have been saying stuff too!

I am feeling SO antsy to get my butt exercising again. grrr!
I still have a limited amount of energy and I tire out REALLY quickly, but overall I am feeling better. I have generally been over my calories the last couple of days, but I am still holding at 144 (as of this morning) so I should hopefully be fine on Sunday (my "official" weigh in day)...
I have some food logs to catch up on...
Wednesday's Food
Breakfast:
I blended together a slimfast strawberry (180)
with 3/4 cup of frozen berries (80) for a yummy smoothie!
alternative bagel (110)
with "just fruit" jelly on top (50)
Lunch:
banana (110)
healthy choice mocha fudgsicle (90)
Dinner (@ rubys):
veggie rubyburger with no mayo or cheese (385)
1 order of skinnyfries (215)
half of a dinner salad that I shared w/Brian (45)
half of the fat free sesame ginger dressing (18)
half of an AMAZING blueberry shake YUM! (240)
TOTAL= 1.523 calories
Thursday's Food
Breakfast:
32 oz acai energizer smoothie from Robeks (445)
Late Lunch:
24 pieces CA roll with no cucumber (600)
boba! (350)
Dinner-ish snack:
tiny salad with lowfat italian dressing (30)
3/4 cup of a bowtie pasta casserole (150?)
low fat cheese stick (60)
fudgsicle (90)
TOTAL= 1,725 calories (EEEKK!)![]()
I should get on the bandwagon and start planning out my food for the day like some of you guys do!
Tennative (just a backbone) plan for Friday...
Breakfast:

Your plan for today sounds good! :-) I LOVE making slimfast shakes..I freeze bananas and blend them into my chocolate ones. Soooo good!

What is boba? I think that the tentative plan is a wonderful way to keep on track. It has helped me in the past. Good job on maintaining your weight.

I like the backbone plan and would love to try that too but who am I kidding? I'm lucky to have the time to brush my teeth. I hope the Dr gives you the all clear and you can get back to life as usual. See what were you worried about-all of us are still here WE REALLY DO LOVE YOU!!! So great job on the food logs it's so hard when you're stuck in the house to keep from munching out but you're doing fabulous! Almost there!!!

Ok, I know you have been sick, but what were you diagnosed with? I feel like a dummy for asking, but I obviously missed it... feel free to kick me in the shin...lol. I am SO happy for you that the "down time" is coming to an end.. I know how stir crazy you have been going. I can completely understand. Big hugs!!! Stay string and keep working it girl! Its so exciting that everyone has noticed your progress, and how far you have come! You're almost there!!!!

You have maintained your weight and kept your spirits up and it is all going to be so worth all your effort. Hopefully the doc WILL give you that green light and you will start back in SLOWLY and will be back to yourself before you know it. Thinking through and jotting down the barebones plan works well for me and I stay on track with food so much better when I make sure I have something around that is healthy. Planning ahead, I can run to the store the day before and restock if I need to. You have been doing so well though, keep it up girl! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!!!! Love and hugs!

Be careful not to overdo it! Don't wanna get sick again. You're doing so awesome at maintaining. I think that's the hardest part. You're going to carry this success for a lifetime!

CAN I JUST SAY HOW AMAZING YOU LOOK!!!! I really wish I could have a before image in my head, pictures don't really do justice, becuase lisa you look absolutely amazing. I'm so happy we got to go to breakfast and now my lovely sister is still sleeping.... haha. Oh well. Yay for the food plan! I HAVE to plan my food for the day so I have something to stick to and especially because I write in on here I feel so much more accountable. Even though its been long and frustrating not being able to work out, your body is going to kick back into gear fast and I bet you'll feel even stronger bc you rested so much. I'm so excited we got to meet and spend time together!!!! When I get home I'm gonna go for a run on some major hills in honor of you and hopefully the dr will give the ok to start working out again. Good job on taking care of yourself! I am glad that it looks like I won't have to come sit on you to make you rest! Again, if you want to exercise, you can totally use my body. It NEEDS a good workout! Great job maintaining the weight too - you are doing really well!
