Emotionally, I am feeling a little bit better. I am still @ 144 pounds, thank god.
One week of maintaining left until I can (hopefully!) resume my exercise and weight loss. I have been eating SO poorly and it's quite embarassing considering HOW FAR I have come, but I am doing my best (not great at all) to not snack mindlessly.
I really need to get this food intake thing under control seen as I am doing NO physical exercise of any kind and I know that my body is going to start storing it as fat.
Yuck.
Brian comes home tonight!!
YAAY!! I was telling my mom today about Brian and my wedding plans... as in we are planning a September 29, 2012 (yes that says 2012!
lol) wedding.
haha I told her that it's a perfect date for us because it will be exactly 6 years from our first date, it's a Saturday, and we want to get married on the beach and the end of September is perfect for that... So I have been all mushy thinking about him, waiting for him to come home
... (sigh)
Yesterday I went through my closet, put another OVERFLOWING bag of clothes out for the goodwill
, cleaned/dusted/vaccuumed my room, and did a bunch of other stuff. Apparantely my body thought it was too much though, because today I am feeling it in the form of sharp pains in my ribs
...
Saturday's Food
Breakfast:
grande skinny vanilla latte from Starbucks with an extra pump of sugarfree vanilla syrup (130)
yogurt (60)
Lunch:
"alternative" bagel (110)
with 2 tbsp nonfat cream cheese on top (30)
2 lowfat cheese sticks (120)
Dinner:
Subway: toasted footlong sweet onion chicken teriakyi on wheat bread with cheese, pickles, salt, vinegar, and extra lettuce (840)
After dinner (AHHHH!)
bowl of grapes (100)
2 hardboiled egg whites (40)
sugar-free pudding cup (60)
with an assload of fat free cool whip on top (100?)
TOTAL= 1,590 calories
too freaking much for me sitting on my butt all day...

woohoo 4th day almost done! I feel you on the mindless snacking. I've been home all day because Tim is off at an art show and my mother bought a TON of ice cream. I've managed to be ok so far. I focused my attention on pretzels instead of ice cream. I figured less calories and little healthier. Hopefully you and I can make it through the rest of today ok!

Girl you have to it easy which means chill out on the cleaning. If you don't then you are just going to push your recovery even further back!! Congrats on maintaining and try not to be to hard on yourself right now, your body just needs a break and then it will be ready to take on the world again. BIG HUGS!!!

I am glad that you are felling at least a little bit better! Considering all the cleaning and stuff you did, I really think that your calorie intake is absolutely fine! Besides, your body needs some extra stuff to fight off the yuck :) I am glad that Brian is getting home and that you will get to see him...Sept 29, 2012 sounds like a great day for a wedding ;)

I am so happy that you are feeling better! Hip Hip HOORAY!!! I felt so sad reading the journal before this one. You sounded so depressed. It has got to be hard to go from a really active lifestyle to just being at home resting, but just think about it as something your body needs (physically not emotionally). I am also happy that you stayed at your weight! Have a great week!

Wow, romantic wedding plans.... so sweet. I am so happy your man is coming home!!! I have been worried about you being all alone. You better not be over doing it on exerting yourelf!! Remember you are getting back in the game at the end of your countdown IF you take care of yourelf!!!! That being said, congrats on getting rid of yet another bag of too big clothes and on maintaining your weight through your illness. You can do it!!! sweetie..... listen to your body... too much and you won't be able to run next week.... rest and don't worry about it. You've come too far now to eat all the junk, and you're making healthy choices, so don't worry about it turning to fat..... get better would ya.... and rest...
