So I set up a goal that is a 10 day countdown to health!
I have to have SOME sort of goal to keep me alive during this time
lol...
I am generally feeling better. My body feels good today except for this HORRIBLE headache that I have today.
It's a nasty one. But... each day I feel better than the last and so it's nice to see my body healing up day by day.
I got my grades from last semester. And I know if I would have attended class more often they would be much better, but here they are

Prenatal development & Infancy: C
Family Stress & Coping: B (I was SOOOO close to an A it KILLS me that I got a B
)
Child & Family Law: A
International Families: A
Family Life Education: C
Not too bad, considering I am HORRIBLE about going to class. It's funny because I would skip class to go to the gym
(seriously!) LOL
Yesterday I ate like 5 million calories...![]()
Thursday's Food
Breakfast:
robeks super acai bowl (314)
robeks vegan cookie (376)
Lunch:
second half of my chipotle burrito (415)
Snacks:
a small (I swear!
) portion of watermelon (150)
6 oz nonfat cottage cheese (120)
with a sliced up lowfat string cheese inside (60)
a slices of red pepper inside (5)
yogurt (60)
Dinner:
2 scrambled eggs with cheese (250?)
a few of Brian's french fries with ketchup (?)
and then Brian and I shared a GIANT hot fudge brownie sundae (???)
TOTAL= 1,750 calories PLUS the last two items on the list![]()

Luckily, today my appetite is completely GONE so I don't think that I will have the same problem again today. Plus Brian is off to San Luis Obispo AND my parents are still out of town so I am by myself
... I am really going to miss Brian this weekend.![]()

I am so glad to hear that you are feeling better...your body just needed some good old fashioned rest :) Great job on your grades...it actually sounds like I did the same major that you are (Human Development and Family Studies)! I hope that you have a great weekend...I am sorry that you will be by yourself! Take that time to do something fun...watch girly movies, paint your toe nails, etc.! Take care :)

What is your major? Those sound like interesting classes. So why is Brian going to San Luis Obispo without you? Was it a group vacation or something? Anyway, we will all keep you company from around the country! Don't worry about the ice cream - I am fairly convinced it has healing powers which are key to your recovery! Did I not put that on the list originally? Let me rewrite it... vitamin C. lost of rest and movies. lots of fluids. and ice cream!

I know what you mean about skipping class - except that I would skip to stay home and eat, watch t.v., and sleep! Your idea sounds better. Take care!

So jealous of the cool classes you take. I always wished to be able to go back to school, but something always gets in the way (money, pregnancy) I'm not the best life planner as you can tell from my current predicament being so fat. You're grades were great I hope you're really proud of yourself for the hard work you put in. Nice countdown to health. I'll be right here counting down till you get better! Love you.
