WOOHOOO!!! Here are my stats:

 

starting weight= 211.2 lbs

goal weight= 140.0 lbs

current weight = 146.2 lbs

weight lost so far= 65 lbs on the dot!!Surprised

left to go= 6.2 lbsSmile

percent of the way= a bit over 90% Laughing

 

I am way excited about that!! 

 

I am going to try and finish up my goal of running 5 miles under 45 minutes tomorrow morning before my final. (it's finals week this week!! ahhhh!!Yell) Anyways, I am going to run my hardest and hopefully I will do it.  I am finalizing my plans for this Friday's LONG run from my house to Brian's.  It is exactly 8.8 miles and I am really nervous but totally looking forward to it! It's going to be my "I'm done with this semester!!" celebration because I am doing it the morning after my last day of finals.  I was thinking about how to celebrate hitting my END goal, and I think when I get there I am going to go online and buy a bunch of cute colored sweatbands for my sweaty workouts.  Like some hot pink ones or something so I actually start looking somewhat attractive when I run.Smile 

 

Anyways, here is  my food log for today.  No exercise because today was my planned day of no working out... (Which was hard, by the way.  I really wanted to go do a workout today but I had to stop myself b/c I knew my body needed the rest.Undecided)

 

Sunday's Food

Breakfast:

power size strawberry nirvana smoothie from Jamba Juice (310)

low carb monster (20)

Lunch:

slimfast cappuchino (180)

yogut (60)

with a medium-sized banana sliced up in it (100)

Dinner:

whole wheat english muffin (130)

with 2 tbsp nonfat cream cheese (30)

and 1 hardboiled egg white (20)

2 lowfat 1 oz cheese sticks (120 for both)

salad with light italian dressing (40)

2 sugarfree mint chocolate pudding cups (120 for both)

after dinner:

low carb monster (20)

green tea boba! (350)

TOTAL= 1,500 calories

 

Sunday's Water

no workout so no workout water

TOTAL= 120 oz today 

 

And I wanted to also say thank you to all of my wonderful amazing friends out there!Smile  I keep my friends list small  because I figure I'd rather have 20 AMAZING friends than 200 ones I don't know.  You all give me that extra push and motivation and support day after day and it truly means everything to me to have such wonderful people as friends. Laughing I love you all!!!

    YAY!!!! I was dying to see how you did yesterday and I'm so happy for you!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! 65 friggin pounds holey moley Lisa! That's exactly what my 9 year old weighs by the way. You are so close now I am so excited to see you get there! How do we have a party? I feel like we should all meet at some tropical destination when each of us gets to our goal weight. I wish! Also great job stopping the exercise when you needed to and the stress of skipping it probably burned more calories for YOU anyway! Great job Lisa! Good luck with the tough finals week ahead!     I'm glad to see I"m one of your amazing 20 friends. I just love to watch you work hard and cannot wait to celebrate your goal. Your new pics are awesome and that has got to be a motivator for you to see yourself in your old pants. Enjoy your run and make sure you take a shower after your 9 mile run or Brian won't WANT to hang out with you. LOL

    YOU MADE IT YOU MADE IT! I would be hopping if you could see me! Anyway, I am going to go out on a limb here and say you deserve something nicer than some sweatbands. You have lost 65 pounds girl, and are going to lose the last 6.2! You deserve something NICE! Unless those sweatbands have diamonds I think you might want to buy something more. By the way, thanks for taking me on and being one of MY amazing friends. I agree, we all need a tropical beach party when we all hit our goal!

    YES!!! I am SOO happy for you. All your hard work really paid off. That is so motivating for all of us to see!! SOOOO smart to give yourself a day off and healthy to resist the urge to over do it. I am pyched for your finals to be over and your incredile 8.8 mile celebration run! What a great feeling that is going to be.....but you definitely have cause for joy today. You accomplished yet another goal, got that scale to drop to getting soooo close now.     My goodness, woman! You are wonderful! I am still in the beginning stages with my weightloss - it gets frustrating at times because I only lose about a pound a week, but I have to keep reminding myself that I'll get there. When I see your progress, it makes me soooooo happy and I realize that it's totally possible. Thank you for charting your progress. ;) Cheers!
