Three workouts down... Mood
Tuesday, May 13, 2008 | A Positive story

Hello to everyone!! You guys would be SO proud of me.  I had THREE apples with my slimfast for lunch! YUM!!Tongue out  So I am three workouts down, and tomorrow morning I will be pulling a seven-miler, so then that will be 4 already! yaay! 

 

Monday night's workout! (2nd for today, 3rd this week, 129th this yearLaughing)

10 minutes on the stairmaster (fat burner setting) @ level 14

1 mile FAST WALK on the treadmill @ 4.0 speed and 3% inclineUndecided

10 minutes on the stairmaster (fat burner setting) @ LEVEL 20! Surprisedholy crap!Yell

a crapload of stretching

and then another 1/2 mile walk on treadmill @ 3.5 speed with no incline

 

Monday's Food

Breakfast:

yogurt (60)

low carb monster (20)

Lunch:

slimfast cappuchino (180)

3 small applesTongue out (180)

Dinner:

power size strawberry nirvana smoothie from Jamba Juice (310)

SmartOnes chicken & cheese quesidilla (440 cause I ate both halvesTongue out)

4 oz nonfat cottage cheese (80)

low carb monster (20)

TOTAL= 1,290 calories

 

Monday's Water

I drank a freaking RIVER today! LOL

24 oz during first workout today

47 oz during second workout today

70 oz throughout my day

TOTAL= 141 ozSurprised

    Hiya! I started adding the stairmaster at the gym a few weeks ago so I have a huge appreciation for the torture you are going through on those high levels OMG!!!great job on that! I love your water logue(no punn intended!) I should start doing one, as I know I don't get enough usually.See how you motivate me? Workout 3 was a calorie blaster, you are doing GREAT things!!
