So I am three workouts down, and tomorrow morning I will be pulling a seven-miler, so then that will be 4 already! yaay!
Monday night's workout! (2nd for today, 3rd this week, 129th this year
)
10 minutes on the stairmaster (fat burner setting) @ level 14
1 mile FAST WALK on the treadmill @ 4.0 speed and 3% incline![]()
10 minutes on the stairmaster (fat burner setting) @ LEVEL 20!

and then another 1/2 mile walk on treadmill @ 3.5 speed with no incline

Hiya! I started adding the stairmaster at the gym a few weeks ago so I have a huge appreciation for the torture you are going through on those high levels OMG!!!great job on that! I love your water logue(no punn intended!) I should start doing one, as I know I don't get enough usually.See how you motivate me? Workout 3 was a calorie blaster, you are doing GREAT things!!
