Two workouts down... Mood
Monday, May 12, 2008 | A Positive story

Two down, eight to go!Laughing Brian and I are going to the gym tonight so I will have a #3 by tonight! Yaay!  I told him today that I will do whatever it takes physically to lose the last 8.5 lbs.  I was saying how my body is on strike.  I have lost 3.8 ish pounds a week EVERY WEEK since January 1st and now my body is over it and took a vacation! LOL  Actually, what happened is that I ate like porky pig last week and my body was like "no loss for YOU!" Wink  So I am fighting back HARD now. 

 

Monday's Workout #1

(workout #128 this year, and workout #2 this week) Laughing

So I ran up and down that hill three times today.  It is .6 mile up and down once, so 1.8 miles plus of course I have to run there and back, so 1.8+.7=2.5 miles

My time was 24 minutes 17 seconds.  yaaay!!!Laughing

    I can't believe you lost almost four pounds a week since January. that is crazy! !! You are so determined and we are all right here behind ya rooting you on.That last 8.5 does not stand a chance! I am trying to get in a clean day. Ever since "the blitz" it has been hard, so I feel another blitz coming on.....Let's get 'er done! You are awesome, awesome AWESOME!!! Giant hugorama!
